uke works at a cafe and it starts with his neighbor (seme) getting his package from his ex. Uke used to be friends with seme in school, but stuff happened and uke bullied seme, pushed him down the stairs by accident (leaves seme with scar in forehead or something)

He also likes that he cant kill the uke or cripple him with his big shlong
he straps the uke down with the premis that hes gonna kill him... but he doesnt and instread just got freaky
