i started reading it then i lost it after i finished the available updates , i wanted to keep reading it
its about this plumber (uke) who is immortal, but really wants to die and a doctor (seme) who murders criminals. The doctor dismembered a criminal and then fucked him and he likes the uke c its interesting that he cant die(?)

uke works at a cafe and it starts with his neighbor (seme) getting his package from his ex. Uke used to be friends with seme in school, but stuff happened and uke bullied seme, pushed him down the stairs by accident (leaves seme with scar in forehead or something)
one of the smut scenes uke gets hiccups so seme lowk suffocates him, they both like it lol
uke doesn't actually like the seme, just feels bad or is getting coerced into doing stuff (i kinda forgot)
