I know for sure it's not Ring Connect, or Unsleep.
All I remember is that it's Yaoi, and the story is about how one guy can't sleep, and needs the other guy, and he gets so obsessed that he locks him up.
It's also modern day.

Can't get it out of my head but I can't find it ugh ╥﹏╥
