I assumed Arden, who seems to be the first companion of the vampire within Albert's lineage, started this generational scenario with his wish to keep the vampire happy/"stay by his side forever". The vampire says Arden is albert's great uncle. It also seems like Arden dies of TB or an illness of some sort, cutting his lifr short. I assume the spirit of Arden's dying wish was placed in Arden's sibling's child (which seems to be the girl referenced by the vampire when he says "the girl after Arden").
I would assume then that after the comfort/companion servant serves the vampire for a period of time, they leave the mansion and have a child with someone else, continuing the cycle to their child. I assume this because the vampire said they kicked out Alberto (albert's father) so being outside the mansion isn't out of the question. Also Alberto said "don't worry, I already have a child" when discussing the fear of there being no more blakes for thr vampire before he got kicked out. So maybe they have children with affairs of coworkers in the mansion while serving the vampire.

No I think the original comment was asking about if the asha(?) the bottom is product of incest or not. Bc if I’m not wrong in the early chapters the carriage guy said the masters of the mansion practiced incest to keep pure blood.
While there is a chance that he was a product of I doubt that’s the truth. Bc Asha mother was grieving so hard for the dad(I mean if it’s incest must be forced so wouldn’t be pure love Ykwim..?) and also the fact that there was more than one red eyed vampires bc the Davis gang is hunting for them ykwim
