I also think that maybe the reason that Raphael used an old pic of Hanna is because she's actually still dead and this is the only way to make it look believable cuz Teen hanna is more recognizable for Peter
if it's a 30 - 40+ year old Hanna then Peter probably won't be able to recognize her that easily.
like if this is a forged picture of Hanna, it's easier to reimagine her as a teen rather than a 30-40+ year old
