So it's been a while since I read this story and I can't seem to find where I left off I think it was just before or after she ré entered the academy. Is the manga good and should I go re-read it from the beginning?
Is it me or fersen's character seemed to be forced like by a curse? The eye glowing as well seem to be an indication
Or am I projecting?
Totally. It feels unresolved, but then again, some things can be just too far gone.
I think there is some original plot influencing him like all the other characters. However they all had moments involving the MC where they were made aware in some way that they weren’t making rational decisions. Persen also had multiple moments where he could have changed and was asked to, but unfortunately chose not to. As we can see in this last ch, he was even more aware of the original plot than other characters knowing that things were “supposed” to go his way, and instead of properly looking at his surroundings and addressing change he chose to embrace and even try to exploit the original plot leading to his downfall
