If I were in her shoes, knowing in the future I would go as far as to kill someone, I would rather choose to distance myself, no matter how much I love the personā¦ itās something else entirely that you turn out to be something so despicable just bc you wanted to keep someone u love by ur side!! The FL is acting what someone would normally do if they were in that situation. Honestly, seeing as she loved the ML, she tried her best to avoid the main storyline from happening, though ofc, fate still bested her efforts. She loves him, but she doesnāt love him enough to turn into something sheās not. Though I know for sure that sooner or later, they would still end up together, its just hard for her to work against fate lol. The plot is so good! I admire the way the characters were written out. Furthermore, the consort reminds me of the villainess from āLady to Queenā! Itās been a while since Iāve read these types of manhwas, and the drama gets you so hooked! Just wish that the teacher/crown prince will actually find ways to sit back on the throne bc FL deserves to be on the empressā seat and nowhere else. Just waiting for the consortās schemes to backfire and the king to deteriorate,, despite this type of slow burn stories not rlly being my type as it keeps me on the edge of my seat

I guess this manhwa takes inspiration from the genesis book ?? (the bible lol) seeing as eve was her name of choice, and the story of the first betrayal centering around eve eating the apple bc of the snake (which was the form of the devil). Azazel is one of the names that is related to the devil too, which is probably why eve couldnāt resist temptation (lol literally haha).
