Okay, or MC(brown hair) is being threatened by his older brother because older bro is insecure about his inheritance and thinks MC will get it and tries all sorts of spying (people around MC and even bugging his apartment), MC gets the gut feeling that his bro will end up killing him for it and tries all sorts of ways so he would be disowned (going to drug parties but not really taking drugs, being a degenerate playboy but not really, and even spreading nasty stuff about him deliberately) but all that is not "good enough" for his bro to be convinced that he is not interested, so his last resort was being a couple to the ML(black hair) and he has his own reasons to agreeing, (ml just doesn't want to have arrange marriage set by his grandad) shit happens and multiple misunderstandings then a big fallout later, MC got into a car crash (may or may not be set up by his bro) and ends up in the hospital, ML regrets breaking up the way they did when he found out about the accident because he got info about what MC's bro is doing to him, now he is trying to see if the info he got is true, but MC is fed up and is being full on threatened by his bro now while he is in the hospital.
So far that's the break down. But I promise you the way they frame the scenes are good and hope you read it too. (●'◡'●)ﾉ
