How often these days do we get a true villain that is so perfect and so easy to truly despise?? Ah, it's so good that we can really hate him properly. I wonder how the author will deal with Idris after Zin saves him, I hope he's not just perfectly fine and able to hold it all in like before. He should be really, really disturbed. Broken in the way Laurent wanted, but the only one he relies on isn't Laurent, it's Zin. Of course, not broken fully because that'll be really unsatisfactory. But if he's pretty traumatized and riddled with PTSD that'd be best.
