What if the mc was married to ido’s brother in the past life. That’s why his body might have a rejection towards the brother bc he r@ped mc. I don’t doubt that Ido was abusive in the past and didn’t pay mc much mind. I really think it was the brother that did most of the dmg tho…or maybe I’m j in denial bc I want the mc to have someone that genuinely cares for him rather than j out of remorse
