I read the novel and I suggest you either read the novel or let this marinate because the chasing arc is too damn long. like the misunderstanding became annoying because they really didn't have a proper talk. The uke is somehow understandable because he has a tragic past (you'll cry once you read it) about his previous esper who is obsessed with him. that is one of the reasons why he wanted to end it with the ml. 1. he thought he slept with other guide when he's not around and 2. he believes what ml feels about him is obsession and not love. like he only wants him because he's a compatible guide. he also thought the ano is the mls ex lover. imagine thinking that your lover gave you something that came from his ex lol.
