I had a feeling the English translation was wrong somehow and the Spanish group missed it too when they translated that page. Everything makes sense now with your correction!! I'm going to fix and reupload that character page in chapter 60.

but....
In ch63 (starting from pg30 for example) and in ch64 (starting from pg4) the guy who clearly looks like Ryusei is being presented as Haruki Madarame and vise versa.
Ok, sorry this is full of spoilers but maybe you can get it better like this Haruki's face is never show so you can distinguish with that *Ch. 63 Pg.18 Makio and Haruki are together Pg.19 Haruki shows his eyes Pg.20 flash back begins. Issei is inside his father's body in the flash back Pg.26 Makio and Haruki ceremony of age Pg.30 High school? Ryusei is in a bench looking at Haruki in the distance Pg.34 Doctor ( Mibu Ryuui) and eye patch ( Omikado Taurus
* Ch. 64 Middle school? Haruki's face is not show Pg. 3 Ryusei is surprised Pg.4 Haruki confessed to Ryusei, Ryusei says"Huh?" Pg.5 Haruki has a physical body and sees the soul of Makio dancing, and proceeds to dance with her Pg.11,12 Haruki has a sword fight with his father and gets hurt Pg.20 Haruki takes Issei out of his father Ryusei body's Pg.23 Sensei (kawamori Issa) takes Issei Kagashi out of the flash back Pg.34 Haruki appears again
*Then all of ch. 63, 64 and part of 65 is Issei father bringing Issei inside his domain to separate him from his Sensei after that Haruki brings Issei inside his domain to desactivate the bomb
