OKAY hear me out: Blood Bank. Its focused on their bdsm relationship and sex in the first few chapters but later on theres this VERY complex plot with lots of fleshed out characters + both main leads have personal character development and also their relationship flourishes from this one sided love-hate thing to the most beautiful love story ever. I am just so in love with this manhwa I couldn't recommend it enough.
