I hate that the manga makes a victim of stalking become obsessed with getting the attention of the FL. It doesn’t matter that a different person is in the body of his abuser. It’s weird as hell and reeks of victim blaming that someone who was stalked, isolated, and harassed by the FL is now written to be obsessed with her even as he’s ignored by the FL. Her own brother is trying to marry the FL to her Raymond. Even though she terrorized Raymond for years. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
In the novel, it wasn't just about attention- well it's a huge part- but it was also because Agnes began to look similar to his mother who has suffered neglect from his father whom he hates. But he was too late anyway. It's interesting cause it draws a parallel to what I assumed happened between the emperor, Agnes's mother, and Raymond's father back in their time
Wolf dude talks about how his friends and family have died trying to leave the dark forest because the light kingdom destroyed the balance and the FL’s response is it’s in the past, it has nothing to do with me, and being angry about it is the same being dead. Which is such a bad way to write oppression especially oppression that is current in your own series! Wolf dude saw his friends and family die! So it’s current and even if the balance was restored he’d still have a reason to be feel upset because his friends and family died via the malicious actions of the Light nation. Also the FL comparing their situations is ridiculous! One was caused by the actions of a party to oppress a group because that group was seen as evil. FL was in the hospital to prolong her own life! It’s the complete opposite situation! Why sum it up to “it’s loneliness” instead the FL being horrified that she lived in a country that reaped the benefits of trapping and killing dark werebeast? Definitely a missed opportunity especially with that false promise of helping wolf guy with revenge which she scolded him earlier to let go of otherwise he was acting like he was dead.

Y’all are reading a sexual manhwa, he has had multiple mutual partners like most people in real life, and the insult doesn’t make sense cuz he has no obligation to stay a virgin for the FL!
