Hello! If you know this manhwa, please let me know.
It has stylish art and is am action manhwa. The plot is that children of school are out into a VR desert, where they live inside a moving mecha school and obtain powers (blue magic). The schools travel and fight for resources. Our protagonist is the student council president of the weakest school, but through his hidden op power and great leadership, he brings them to the top.
Plllllleeeease let me know if you remember the name. It had such a nice art style and lingering mystery of why the children are put into the VR is nibbling on my brain.

When I read an omegaverse work, I'm like "Yes, yes, this all makes perfect sense. Of course his pheromones would do that, of course this society functions lime this, this world is perfectly logical and there is nothing inherently sexual going on", but then I read a Dom/sub verse work and it's like. so fucking stupid. How would that even work. Why is your society based around a kink. Who's in charge who let this happen.

I refuse to even indulge that. Cakeverse. Fucking hell. Oooooh did someone think they're above omegaverse? Too good for pheromones?? Superior to mpreg?????? Unless they had the balls to make an actual cake based society where people cannibalize each other in thematically horrific yet interesting way, then what the fuck are we even doing.
I can acknowledge guideverse for it's action/fantasy potential though, I'm not a snob, even if it's just a tackier omegaverse

Finally! Someone also understands! As silly as Omegaverse can get, I can ignore biology enough to be like "fair enough, that could theoretically happen." But Dom-Sub verse is just bad. I can't get into it because all I can think of is BDSM and how can that affect biology?????????? I've tried to give it a chance and I cringe every time.

Idk man, but if I was the god of yaoi and had to make up a new and interesting cakeverse, it'd be like this:
1. Full body horror. I'm talking person on the outside, but actual pieces of pastry and filling on the inside, maybe in organ shapes of you wanna get nasty
2. No regeneration or some shit, once you're eaten, you're done.
3. Maybe when a "cake" falls in love/ finds their fated one, suddenly they'd go from being totally normal, to really really wanting to get eaten (similarly illogical as heat or something)
4. Some people find the whole thing sickening, some people really want to find a "cake", but regardless: they taste really good.
5. Let's get those vampire tropes in, once you get a taste, it's not enough
Now!!!!! Imagine all the interesting stories! The horror of it all! Maybe you never knew you were a cake, but suddenly, here you, an object of hunger!! Fighting your nature, as you want to live, that's the true magic of omegaverse!!!!

Btw, if someone asks for specific recommendations here and you're also interested in the same topic, you don't need to reply to get notifications, there's a tiny "follow" button under each question, which will give you notifications for it!
Not scolding anyone or something like that, I just found out about it a while ago and found it much more convenient than replying <33

When I like a manhwa too much, I just stop reading it. Not like consciously I just keep avoiding it, because I don't want to ruin it for myself or something. I haven't read ORV, stepmother's märchen, eleceed or the knight of embers in over a year Even though I live the characters and the stories so much. Idk, is this like a common thing people experience or am I being weird?

no me too, ive been read your throne since long time maybe last read (ch 100 when still ongoing) and didnt continue, same as potn, reunion, high school soldier, castle (even there's castle 2 ), wind breaker, and even lessa (i didnt read it again since 2018) and many more
turns to read new manhwa/manga fck idk why but i love all them tho

Please recommend works that made you cry, but have a happy ending. Ideally lots of emotional hurt towards the mc. Idc about the genders, but I'd like to be able to finish it or at least finish an arc that'd make me cry tonight. I need to sob my heart out, menstruation is coming aaaaaghhhhhhuhghhhh

Try my sad bitch list

If I had waited till it finished and read this in one full sitting instead of reading it every time it got updated I guess I would've cried like a bitch.

Love Letter (Ozaki Kaori): https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/love_letter_ozaki_kaori/

Please give me the whumpest most angstiest romance (idc about the genders) you can think of. I want the main character to suffer, but I want them to get their happy ending. I don't really like it, when the protagonist is a bad person. Finished is the best, but I don't mind uncompleted works. I just need to project the bad feels on a character, that gets to solve them tonight AAAAHHHHHHHHH
I've been kind of bored with recent historical/ fantasy romance manhwas and by pure chance I've stumbled into a really good AO3 story. It's written in second person for some reason, even though the protagonist clearly has a personality and a description of her looks. There's none of that Y/N, Y/HC stuff though so dw
Name: Nothing's wrong with Dale
Summary: Mc is engaged to a wealthier noble named Dale, who's rude, incompetent and experiments with the occult dangerously. Mc is certain that one of those experiments gets him possessed by a demon, but the demon is rather kind, responsible and charming, so suddenly the mc is trying her best to keep others from finding out, as she quite likes the new Dale and had no other marriage prospects.
I haven't finished it yet, but it's really fun so far, if a bit lengthy in some description.
