I'm really excited for this! I was going to read the novel but the main novel translator disappeared. Ppl were criticizing it he turns into an asshole who thinks he's king and sends people on death missions. But realistically you don't want him to die cause he's basically a safe haven. He can summon water, food and shelter easily. He even has electricity and running water. And he also CAN'T leave the building so. They need to go out to find resources, other people and they need to build their skills to protect themselves, each other, MC, the building and MC can't use his skill unless he has MONEY. so it's not a op skill he has to exchange something for his skills meaning money in the system. Realistically this is BEST case scenario in a apocalypse lol
