I'm very very confused as to where this story is heading. But anyway didn't he just kill the only doctor they had in the place??? I guess our MC is so important he'd even go against his original programming of not killing people if they're useful. Edit: like some people have mentioned our MC is an unreliable narrator and his wanting to kill/strangle people in his sleep has not been explained so.. we'll see what happens.
