I'm pretty sure Gwonryeom was the person at the end of the chapter with the flower on his face since he's in his true form now and tends to distort his face from others. Plus he was lurking around the property before and the guardian spirit knew something was wrong with the house(this is just my guess take it with a grain of salt)

Trend of calling someone colored flag is a bit of a bull crap. People's behaviour is deeper than that. Some sure are awful and deserve to simply die, honestly.
As for Guwon, what he did is complete lunacy, but I'm pretty sure that what doctor said isn't really the truth. Why not mention what Guwon actually is and who 'the other hounds' were. Pretty sure Guwon is dead as much as those zombies outside and is like empty shell in which they put their ideas. Or at least someone did that etc..Not defending someone who goes around crushing skulls of a children even if he doesn't understand many things, it's a monstrosity. But can we believe to everything doctor said? Kids are useless, but than town still have few of them. Times of great struggles can show real color of human nature, so let's wait and see.
