I think him throwing up in the scene after he was kissing Jinwoo was a misdirect/ to make us misunderstand. I think it was because he was sick/ was infected and survived or experimented on or is a hybrid (half zombie, maybe the infection didn’t overtake him or he was given something to stabilize him) and whatever it is is still effecting him so he is extra strong, gets ill/ throws up so much that it’s a normal thing to him now, and it also messed with his memories as well. It shows in how the people of the group interact with him, they seem weary or scared of him so either they know about it and it’s an open secret or they have their suspicions.
After getting sick at the end of the 13th chapter he was humming like he was in a good mood and in one panel talking about how he was to good looking for his own good he was blushing a bit. I don’t think he understands he sounds a little full of himself there, because I think he genuinely believes he is ‘amazing’ AKA has a lot of confidence, on top of finding out Jinwoo is interested in him which probably boosted it even higher. (Because he is still learning basic social skills, so knowing he is strong and people depend on him it can make someone who doesn’t comprehend social settings grow somewhat conceited)- you could think of it as him learning the skills a child would learn as a kid to make them a better person as they grow.
As for how he reacted to Jinwoo’s feelings, I don’t think he knows what ‘liking’ or lust is, it’s like he not only lost memories but what feelings are and has to relearn. So he might not be sexually interested in Jinwoo at the moment I think that will gradually change as he learns about his feelings and how his body reacts to Jinwoo, he is interested in him though. Thats why his response to Jinwoo wanting to kiss him was to say he wouldn’t say no if that’s what Jinwoo wanted, because Guwon is interested in him and wants to keep Jonwoo’s interest and wants to please him so even though he might not understand kissing he’d let Jinwoo do it.

There is no way anyone can convince me that Dariel isn’t in a three way/ poly relationship with his wife Malika and his mentee Gashita. And I’m here for it
It’s like the writers want to convince us that Dariel (who is very loyal to his wife but still went on a ‘date’ with Gashita, the two of them were cuddled up to Dariel in the same bed… like What??!!) and several of the characters are either gay/ bi/ queer but don’t want to cross the line.
