at the beginning the plot was good however it started feeling a bit rushed from like ch30 onwards?
and i feel like there wasn't much development for the actual couple
also he kept going around being with other ppl and like he didn't really end terms with them before being w carsen
like he was w everyone to the point i wasn't sure who the endgame would be; the white hair guy was there genuinely just for show like i wish there was a little more exposure to him
the only semi important thing about white hair was the fact that his shae was the saintess maid and even THAT didnt get properly developed
they added so many tropes yet they did not do it to top quality.... im rlly disappointed tbh
i feel like if they developed this more and let it play out rather than just throwing the plot around it would've been better because everything just feels forced tbh
im really disappointed with the ending aswell i feel like there was so much potential but it just ended like that boom
like why am i finding out the male lead like 3 chps before it ends?
by ch70 i was like there's no way everything will play out within 14 chps and as expected the ending kind of sucked.
i mean i liked carsen MORE than the crown prince but there was also a lot of non consensual stuff ESP (!!!) when he was drunk which annoyed me AND he never apologised for it, also it was rlly unnecessary to add that stuff
at some point it just became really corny which is what i dislike about it
honestly this was a 5-6/10 read but it had 11/10 potential so im really disappointed with it

atleast they ended it on a good note (?) but not properly
i feel like a lot of manhwas play out like this, i hope to find a proper manhwa similar to this that is properly developed but yeah that's all for my rant today heheh
