It definitely is worth the read. And yes, the last uploaded chapter is a huge cliffhanger, but it definitely is WORTH THE READ!!!! The tension is crazy and I was so into the story that I didn't even realize that it was already midnight and I had to sleep since I had class the next day. And after catching up to the last uploaded chapter I spent HOURS looking for ways to find out what happened next to the point that I ended up joining a discord group and other things just to get a glimpse of the next chapters!!! So, READ ITTTTTT

Chapter 35 and 36 pissed me off so badly that I can't focus on the other chapters after that. Like wdym you locked her up because she came late. A simple discussion would have sufficed but no, "my wife comes late and doesn't listen to what I say and tries to sell the engagement ring (to survive I daresay) and I'm angry so I'll lock her in her room" like tf?? He doesn't even wait to listen to her
And also the FL she was all about getting her freedom from her family, she wants to go around the world, how can she suddenly be tolerant of her husband shutting her in doesn't she have eyes???
And all that staying grounded and enjoying is just a pretense.
