Hyesung became such a great parent! The small detail of giving trust in your child, listening and understanding them when they make a mistake is such an important thing. Notice how byul admitted he was wrong and said he regretted it. When you give your trust genuinely then your child will always do their best to not break that trust. It may not apply to all but definitely for me as a kid with my dad growing up. We support each other wholeheartedly just like hyesung does to byul, obviously!

I’m starting to get annoyed by readers who think this backstory being revealed was made for people to like jaekyung a bit or more so think it would make people forgive his recent actions.
This was never about making him the good guy. This was making people understand how he is flawed and the way he became to be as an imperfect character. Ya’ll genuinely CAN continue to dislike or hate him even! but invalidating his pain? that’s where we disagree. Just because we see Dan’s suffering first doesn’t mean Jaekyung’s suffering is irrelevant.
You honestly can skip the backstory if you hate him so much and have the right in refusing to understand him but don’t come at the comments about how the backstory is only an attempt to make us forgive or pity him. We not about to read stories like this if we want to like every character, if you do then pls don’t don’t read this genre of bl. We don’t need a rain check how he’s a lowly human being and how he’s the spawn of the devil.

Season 1: The tragedy of two soulmates. Aeroc’s pride and kloff’s prejudice against nobles. Both making the wrong choices, misunderstandings, hatred, loathing, and immeasurable pain. A life that only moves in misery.
Season 2: The gift to aeroc. This is the life he deserves from what he went through. Where all the wrong choices from the first are made right to be together. A happy life with no tragedy, only them, their children, and love all around (even for rapiel). A life that apologized to poor aeroc of the first life and allowed him to be the happiest.
Season 3: Kloff’s punishment. Knowing who and what he destroyed. Witnessed the true beauty of his soulmate aeroc. How his prejudices were far from reality. Regrets and realization. Love that carried pain from knowing he could never apologize to the past aeroc. A bittersweet life that was a constant reminder of his sins.
Every lifetime is proof that they were always meant to cross paths, truly soulmates. For Aeroc, his life growing up as a noble played a part in shaping who he was. The need to be perfect and perceived by others as such but there are many sides to him. He’s actually a shy and gentle soul. He made a desperate choice because he could not deal with his feelings of jealousy. And that was a mistake turned into a grave sin. Kloff on the other hand, made the choice to settle down with rapiel because his prejudices against aeroc won despite having feelings for him. His desire to live the perfect life. After the tragedy, his first instinct was for punishment and revenge. But violence towards aeroc only became stronger because it was his self-loathing projected because he somehow still loved this person who did something so unforgivable (this confirms true abt kloff’s thoughts during the fight he had with the alphas when he was about to propose to rapiel, read that event again where he said self-loathing and connect it to the Kloff of the first life). This also true because after aeroc died, not only was he in denial of his death, sometimes rage and hatred as well, he only thought of him until his very own death (to the point he hallucinated he was alive in the cabin). And the Kloff of the third life, knowing he could’ve chose to go with rapiel (if he truly loved him but he didn’t) only made plans to make aeroc his, only to find out how beautiful he was as a person, his prejudices were wrong and that made him mourn and regret more for aeroc of the first life. It only made him realize how he did truly love him but it was too late.
I know people have opinions of this story but it’s truly a masterpiece for me. The rollercoaster of emotions for each of the character, particularly aeroc was such a read for me. The pain was like none other and it was so satisfying, would constantly read this back time and time again. An infinity over 10 rate!

Some people are simply not emotionally mature to handle stories like these and blame its inevitable existence. There are so many toxic stories out there, even back in wattpad yet they don’t learn their lesson. Somehow, it still comes a shock to others that real life is messed up, what more in fictional stories where its all made up by different people. Sometimes I’m wondering if they even understand what being a responsible reader is when they read tags like “18+” “adult” “mature” or the intro itself because its actually written assuming the reader is a mature adult who can discern fiction from reality and their morals should not be changed nor accept the happenings in it. I mean if you see others romanticise it, then thats their fault for reading something they aren’t ready to take. Kinda like p*rn, you’ve gotta be kidding me if you think the actors or the video creators can control who sees their videos, don’t be dumb its a REALITY. Same with these stories here, sure you can express your opinion of disagreeing or educate them of your morals but atleast don’t come for ALL the people reading it assuming we all glorify the happenings or romanticise it smh read with discretion

I can see where they're coming from tho yo. The beginning chapters had rape that was NOT necessary to the story but i choose to just read the "safe" fluffy bits cuz its rlly cute. i stilk wouldn't defend the manhwa this aggressively. Theres no excuse for rape, that doesn't even seem to recognize it. But then again thats just my opinion

It’s actually explained how both of them are connected and are bound as soulmates. The reason why the ml is obsessive of the uke is because he lost him in their first life and in the second he almost k*lled himself because the uke wasn’t with him. As he said that the only purpose of him being alive is to be with hosik. Although, that doesn’t explain how u should like the ml or even accept his wrongdoings, it only just makes u understand his character. Reading it as a whole makes sense for me, I respect those who don’t like that direction but it just saddens me how some readers didn’t get that.

I’m not trying to aggressively defend this story in particular I’m trying to aggressively respond to certain readers that come for other readers who liked this story as a whole, especially those who immediately assume we romanticise and glorify the entire happenings in it, worse, those who say we’re grape apologists. Its honestly insulting to generalize everyone who r genuinely mature enough reading it. In the first place there are alrdy warnings in place, tags, and intros that reveal whats coming. If ur sensitive and can’t handle stuff like that bec its hard to accept then please don’t read it. Like my previous example w/ p*rn, when u find out they watch it do u immediately deem them immoral and accuse them of being sinners. It equalized as that. Some of us know how to actually read adult stories like finishing it entirely and saying “oh I didn’t like that bit but it was a good read” simple. I’d respect opinions of disagreeing but “attacking” the readers and assuming their thoughts is triggering.

Exactly, its giving prime hypocrisy. This is a fictional story and they take it too seriously when it simply could’ve been a read to put down and won’t recommend if they didn’t like certain parts. They made it into such a huge issue and especially coming and attacking others for reading it and accusing them of being disgusting and all. Its giving me a headache

I don’t care what others think, they deserve this moment of comfort that only they can give to each other. This love will never be perfect and ideal, that’s why I adore this story even more cause it’s not the typical love story problems or rather relationship problems one can solve. When you’re sick of happy endings and actually read a story that brings you pain, anger, pity, and a range of emotions. That’s how you know it’s good (personally). When you read the novel it’s even more heart wrenching. Similar to stories like “what it means to be you” and “Into the rose garden”. I finshed reading all of them and I’m still waiting on the drawn chapters cause its THAT amazing. When I encounter monotone or average stories I go back to these cause nothing brings out the raw emotions better. Cheers to the author for being able to rile up the readers to even cause a debate on the characters HAHAHAHAH
Great News! Your wish already came true before you even wished it XD
