I've been looking at the author's Instagram profile for a couple of days out of curiosity, today I also saw the old posts and, I don't think they are fetishizing children, it's very obvious that they wants to make boys look like girls, or they wouldn't make so many drawings where you see androgynous boys with women's bathing suits and similar things. And I'm pretty sure that the author is trans, it's not clear if they are a woman or a man or something else, seeing his appearance and hearing theyr voice it's difficult to understand, in short they likes androgynous characters probably because they are part of it, and they are not fetishizing children. (If I get the pronouns wrong or they are not really trans I apologize, I'm not trying to offend anyone)
