Unless the omega has a genetic anomaly how can they possibly top. Pheromones and base instincts seem to be a big thing in omega verse. I don’t see how an alpha would enjoy getting railed and an omega topping. Sorry not sorry. Alpha instinct tell them to top and dominate especially during the rut and omegas during heat will want to be fucked its their biological drive.
Kinda annoying to do a reverse trope in name only the “omega” in clearly an alpha and the “Alpha” is clearly an omega.
