there actually has been multiple amab people that have gotten pregnant (due to having an functioning reproduction system (uterus, etc.)), the belly looks pretty much the same as when afab people are pregnant!
I'm aware but if the reproductive system is still working the amount of hormones can't be the same as with cis-people or doesn't it work like that? And either way some people just don't have a very noticeable change in physique when pregnant.

i'm not entirely sure what you are asking, but yeah as far as i know intersex people have different hormone levels than non-intersex people most of the time, and yeah that is indeed true that not everybody has a big baby belly :)
