I am searching for manga in which the uke and seme were childhood friends and boyfriends but uke broke off with seme and got married. I don't remember after how many years uke returns back after the death of his wife with twins. Also the deceased wife of uke and seme looked very similar.

I guess this was one of the stories in a multiple stories manga or might be a single manga too.
