Okay so, after rereading this I’ve realized Ceasers character makes a lot more sense, he’s pretty much had a target on his back since the moment he was born, he was constantly being pursued by opposing mafia organizations and it’s mainly Sasha’s fault tbh (his father). He was never taught how to love or express himself so of course he’s going to not be able to express it properly when it comes to Leewon, his first love and real relationship. All of the SA, violence, etc is expected from him in my opinion since yk, he is a mafia boss but I do think that some things were very unnecessary. Am I satisfied with how things ended? No, not really. Throughout the story and the side stories Ceaser had little to no real character development, if this was longer I feel like we could’ve gotten something like that since the last few chapters ended off with Leewon saying that he wanted to teach Ceaser how to properly love and express himself and he wanted to learn more about him but other than that bro didn’t really change at all…anywho that’s js me and what I think tho!!
Oh and Leewon knows that no one was ever there to teach Ceaser how to properly express these emotions, that’s why it’s easy for him to forgive Ceaser and still love him. Not that I’m justifying anything Ceaser did to Leewon cs if I’m being quite honest I don’t like or fw Ceaser at all, cs like shooting Leewon three times bc he was leaving Russia is NOT justified at all
