Depend to the person asking. Do i know him, is he a friend. I've been asked out by a friend and i kindly rejected him and we're still cool with each other. A junior also confessed to me but since i dont know him that well, i said no to him too. I rhink it is really important to think of what u feel and not what the confessor feel.
