i cant drink coffee bcs my stomach acid influx and also i experienced something like u did, when u need to study but just soo tired. What i do was just sleep.. yup dont fight it and dont feel bad about it. take a power nap in midday for like 1 to 2 hours. it'll gave u energy in the evening.
