Personally, I really don't like the way that komaki (? I forgot her name ) expresses her love to wakaba. I know that she secretly loves her yet can't bring herself to say so. I speculate that she feels that way because she's afraid to loose the current wakaba and just wants her to stay the same—to stay as the wakaba that she knows.
It's selfish and a bit too far if you ask me. But this manga has a bit of potential so imma let it marinate for a while...
