It's clear that MC is not dumb. He knew what he was doing when signing the contract. And for sure the person who might lose more from the contract is male lead. Because at some point I guess in the story the fighting might be between MC brother and male lead as MC brother has already started the fight( talking about making ML company's stocks drop).
