manhwa?

I've been finding a manhwa (idk if it has romance or what) but based on the tiktok I've watched several months ago, the story goes like the mc is a hero and heroes are prohibited in killing villains so he quitted being a hero and become a kinda like a officer of jail for villains??? idk and he there he beat villains to pulp. tyia!!
