So i haven't really ate anything in like two days, my apatite is dead and when i mean by really i mean i only ate two chicken strips yesterday and it made me feel sick asf but i had three today and.. i regret it, the only thing that makes me feel better is milk and milk only Like milk is the only thing i can have, i tried to eat yogurt, ice cream ......
