I think you need to just take a moment and stop reading bl, maybe go read novel or watch anime or drama. Then after few months come back, then you won't feel like everything is a copy of something.

Honestly, there's barely anything new here if you understand what I mean. Everything is just a mix of plot that will look the same when you read too many things. Maybe once in a while there'll be something new and original.

I dont read enough bl manhwa to know but I do read a lot of bl manga and alot of manga have the same cliches/premise too, but what makes them good still is that at least the writing is good. I'm a firm believer that no idea is new, it's how you embellish it with story telling. If these bl manhwa feel like a bad rinse and repeat then that's on the poor story telling. The reason for these poor story telling? Because the demand is cheap. If it doesn't take much to entice people with colorful art and big dicks, then the story telling takes the fall.

sadly the poorly written porny bl manhwa seem to get very popular these days. not saying that it wasnt always like this (popular bl manhwa always sucked lets bffr) but there wasnt this much supply of shittily written short rape porn basically. theres still good works out there u just gotta search by lists and cant rely on social media or the featured page anymore.
