Basically nothing about the pregnancy itself and only a little about the baby. Not sure if they will change anything for the adaptation, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.
They get the baby put with caesarean. It's not a "full" pregnancy, so no visible belly and when they remove the kid, it's described as being palm sized and then put into an incubator for growing. They'll have a boy who is said to be slow/oblivious and a carbon copy of Seonwoo.
It basically ends with a scene where the relatives are trying to visit, Eungyo gets annoyed and locks everyone and then it's just finished. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
So if ot goes according to the novel (it followed the novel very faithfully through the whole manhwa imo) then no pregnancy and childcare content whatsoever.

But they don't show the baby growing up, we only get like one or two short scenes I think, and that's still the baby being in incubation after the caesarean and people commenting on him
So if you are looking for lovey-dovey pregnancy scenes, baby bumps, child raising, there won't be any of that (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ The ending almost felt like a waste of an mpreg genre

I can handle every dark plot, dead dove kind of story, as long as there's NO CHEATING absolutely. that shi intolerable for me. I think we mostly reader dislike cheating so that's well ... not really a surprising ick.
