I remember have severe growth pains when I was 10, I guess it’s just puberty
As someone who's been the same height since the 3rd grade i also can't really relate... i should ask my giant- i mean my good friend
He says it depends on how fast he had muscle soreness and unless you're growing like 3 feet in one day it shouldn't lead to fever and passing out
