Honestly, I preferred Kitaguni Rato's art better. I feel like they just did a better job at expressing the character's emotions than the current artist. Then again I did start the first volume drawn by Kitaguni years ago when it first came out and don't like big changes in art style. Otherwise story is still good. It's just been a while and I decided to come back and read this version as well and I still can't get past the drastic change in art. Maybe I'll come back again years later and decide it's fine.

Or maybe I'm getting the R version mixed up with the original? I could've sworn it at least got past the scene where Hersche forcefully shoved the "candy" down that bastards throat bc I thought it was awesome how she/he did it with no remorse!
