I'm surprised to see a story show very specifically how shame arises from *within* kids. Not all kids who feel shame, guilt, and depression were bullied or shamed. Kids interpret things in their own way and then don't talk about it due to worrying they're in the wrong. And then as they get older it compounds and they carry it into adulthood if they don’t challenge that shame. Poor Seiji for feeling so ashamed and guilty even though he didn't do anything wrong. Poor Hinata for what happened and the confusion he went through. The miscommunication, or rather none at all, made things worse. At least they came to an understanding when they were older.
I don't think the SA was *just* a plot device, it was used to show how children understand SA when it happens to someone else. They don't understand it; they can interpret it through their undeveloped lens. Seiji interpreted any boy touching boy = assault. You see more often in stories kids' interpretation of a girl getting molested by a relative meaning she's a whore. If an adult believes any of those things... that's just ignorance now.

I wonder if 21 & 22 being spin-offs means it won't happen in the actual series - that heart and Victor will never get together. Cuz why give us such juicy fanservice in the interim if it's gonna happen later? Hmm, sensei?

Is Ichinashi-sensei more insane than Harada with her infamous… Nii-chan? I remember this being soooo uncomfortable but at least I can skip to when Haruka’s an adult, and I feel a bit relieved that Haruka wasn’t exactly groomed and they were able to find a solution until he became an adult. It’s not exactly like Harada-sensei’s. At least this tried to approach it as a real problem that could happen in omegaverse. I still haven’t seen brought up again. I’m sorry guys, I think I’m like in heavy denial to cope with wtf I re-read after so long

It also reminds me, wasn’t there an omegaverse where the child was an omega and his pheromones were so strong they made his own Alpha mom uncomfortable? Does anyone know the manga I’m talking bout?

As a story of redemption for Azusa, this manga fricken rocked! ヾ(☆▽☆) To see him change from that selfish, arrogant follower to doing things for others, while not losing his rebellious identity was awesome. When he finally overthrew the game for not just himself, but for everyone he made up with, I cheered! (╯°U °)╯╧╧ What an amazing story to follow over the years.
But I still don't like the way Ogawa-sensei tried to make it seem like Karino was always "misunderstood", or worse "good all along". As King he did way worse than Azusa did, and didn't do enough to be redeemed. He barely showed any growth (imo). Azusa did so much! Man, I love him ╥﹏╥
I often look back at like volume 2-4 and the side chapters cuz it's just so good. The world building for the game and all the different couples in the caste are so great. Despite my critiques, I would still gush about Ogawa-sensei on and on... <3

I wonder which one of em will follow their fate and become Victor's downfall? First season it was looking like it was gonna be Head, but now there's hints it could be Heart. Who knows, it could end up being Dick if he turns out to be really possessive Σ( ￣□￣||) I hope not. He's kindsa grown on me...

I still remember long ago when my family went to Japan and we got to taste lotta authentic cuisine from back alley restaurants and bars. And then I came home to discover this manga. I'll always remember Hashimoto-sensei's beautiful... scenes ლ(´ڡ`ლ) and her penchant for good food and alcohol in her works (seriously she's such a foodie <3) but I always appreciated EXRScans throwing in the recipes. I love that we've been able to have almost that same feeling we had in Japan but at home thanks to this. My mother still makes a lotta them yearly, but I never told her where I got the recipes from (and probably never should)

I was taken aback seeing Dick say those things. It's probably just cheap words but... maybe not? Still I swooned (~≧∀≦)~
Although Victor reduced them all to being parts of Henry or being solely each part, they're all they're own people. And the one he confessed to is the least like him. Dick seems like he might take Victor's request seriously, unlike Henry in the past. Maybe Henry's peen has a good heart and mind attached to it? We'll see, we'll see

Waif so if Dick has Henry's peen on top of his... where are Henry's balls? There's no way he was shredded up in such a way only his twig survived but his berries didn't. Or does Heart have them since he has his hand and maybe other patches of Henry?
