my friend has really serious, pent-up anger issues, and I told them to always come talk to me whenever they feel like they can’t restrain their emotions. talking with someone close to you can help diffuse some of that tension and anger. so what I recommend is talking to your friends about it, be it ur issues or anything in general. I promise talking it out helps!
Try to ground yourself by paying attention to your environment or your breathing
Journal your thoughts on a paper but make sure to throw it away later, because if you look at the paper again you might get angry again
