Love that Sukyun is there for Wooin but he really needs to learn the concept of introspecting, emotional regulation and maybe have some hobbies to turn to instead of sexually assaulting his partner every single time he feels intense emotions, be it jealousy or sadness.
Usually, I don’t like plots that firstly have some form of incest and secondly a huge age gap. However, in this case, I feel conflicted because I can see why the older cousin likes Masaki (though not justified AT ALL!). I feel like it’s not a child that he liked but rather the validation and solace he found in Masaki’s innocent cheers for continuing to exist. It feels like he liked Masaki’s unawareness of the struggles of life once you enter adulthood and thinking that having a job is the biggest possible thing for an individual (which inevitably comes with being young). I feel like Haru would have maybe liked anyone who believed in him and cheered him to keep going, like Masaki did for him. Haru’s self loathing and self depreciating nature just needed someone who can offer him kind words, hence why he displaced all these emotions and feelings onto his younger cousin.
[P.S. I don’t support or agree with Haru’s actions and thoughts. These are just my two cents on the characters.]
