This deserves a higher rating tbh. Not so complicated plot. Within your expectations actually considering the genre. BUT! The interactions are what makes this shine. And, dare I say it? The underlying issue that happened to MC's mother is surprisingly one of the more sinister I've come across. It's honestly diabolical how the father kept it hush hush. It's just downright reprehensible.
