HELP ME FIND THIS MANGA PLS

MC saved ML from getting bullied and ever since then ML started following MC everywhere he goes and MC is annoyed. MC has bad temper(?) like he always grumbles and he used to get beat up. MC lives alone and the only thing i remember from the manga is ML taking care of MC when he’s having a fever. Also MC has lighter hair and ML has dark hair. PLEASE HELP
