Misaki is a part of two throuples impling Misaki has found an unconventional happiness between both groups (Maki and daichi & Yuki and Ina). Apparently Maki confessed to Misaki and was rejected ? I can't say with certainty that the jdrama follows the manga. That's just the spoilers I read about the jdrama.
