Did u turn off mobile and x out of tab. Happens to me all the time or turn your WiFi on and off. U could also try a different browser like bing google or safari
You could try connecting to a VPN. Mine does that too sometimes, what works for me is the app proton VPN, server Dallas, USA Its completely free
