The plot had potentiel it's just that the writing and the way of bringing it forward is utterly shit , characters are annoying , their relationship development is shit it feels like it was written by a 12yrs old coz the story to me doesn't make any sense I am sorry If i sound mean but I don't understand why they choosed this of all other manga to turn into a movie, but to be honest the main idea behind did have potentiel but the way of executing it was completely and absolutely trash. It's a drop for me
This is the kind of story that you enjoy sooo much but would never reread it again. It's just so sad and the ending did nothing but make it even sadder, it honestly feels like the author didn't plan adding that ending but just added it in because she knew no one would like the story if they didn't end up together
Interesting, I’m actually of the opposite mindset since this is a shounen and it’s target audience is the younger male demographic. Putting the ending as they did feels actually more risky and I loved that. It really took balls and the ending kinda solidifies the idea of that someone’s story is never ending even if the chapters do. And choices can always change over time.
