defective condom's feed

Ik this isn't a manga question but I need help
My brightness on all my apps (yt, google, insta etc)
are all light grey looking. (The grey has turned wayyy
too bright and not normal)

My phone's done this before and went away after a day or so but idk how to get rid of it. My brightness is all the way down and I didn't do anything. There's no mode setting turned on either
