Help finding this hunter manhwa.
There's a scene where the MC who has traveled to the past is against the awakening centre and agrees to awaken people instead before it opens. He goes to the awakening centre and sees people being awakened and they don't awaken to their full potential. Like there's a guy who has a music skill but doesn't awaken with it because the centre isn't good.
I always thought it was s class hunters I raised but I recently reread and it isn't, although there is a scene which is very similar. Maybe it actually is in s class hunters and I just skipped over it either that or I just imagined this.
I'm trying to find the chapter of s class hunters I raised where he is mad at the association and makes a deal to go out for them and find hunters that have a certain level before they open their awakening centre. People who are awakened in the place get lower classes due to the centre forcing them to awaken in bad conditions. Or is that something that didn't happen because I just reread it and didn't see it or is it a completely different manhwa?

This is kinda random but does anyone else dislike it when the artist makes the characters eyelashes the same colour as their eyes? I know it's just a stylistic choice but it kinda freaks me out
it only throws me off when its like..blonde or silver. But if the art style is fire it doesn't really matter to me.
I actually like it it makes the eyes poo oo out even mire and it is very rare so the character is usualy very memorable and if you are very bad with names oike this it is very easy ti say the dude with the white lashes do you remember ahahahahhaha
