I totally get it and although it doesn’t justify what he did (he should NOT have grabbed him without consent to prove a point) but I kind of get why he did it ?? It’s to show him that workplace sexual assault is hard to prove and it forces him to think outside the box on ways to either prove it happened with hard evidence that cannot be edited (near impossible) or find a settlement that can satisfy both parties
