A mysterious taoist guru, Moon-Ryeong and an emotionless winter boy, Paljae, met at the dead ocean. ...
it captivated me and i didn't read nor think about anything else for the 3 days it took me to catch up. the worldbuilding is insanely good, perhaps the best and more complex i've read on here (besides cultivation manhua). every plot in this story has two sides that twist your original understanding and i find that endearing. it takes its time while managing to never get boring, it's crude, tragic and oh so poetic in it's conclusions about fate. it somehow succeeds to balance both the feeling of impending doom and udefeated promise that hangs above the characters' relationship constantly. truly an outstanding story, if you haven't yet, do yourself a favor and read it.
