I think the theory about Yang obstruction is likely. But the pill that got him pregnant is the golden toad pill or sth that Yuhwa (the woman with yin obstruction) fed him that caused him to lose his pube lol. It was confirmed by the healer grandma.
My theory is, they want Soun's body as a vessel. It's either using white haired dude before the fight or after he lost the fight.
But if its vesel what they want, the baby in his stomach is the most strongest candidate cause the baby have absolutely balance yin and yang

Umm i have been searching for a comic for quite a while but the only scene that i remember is that the main character teaches the other ml how to hold a carton(he says you put your dominant hand on the top or something like that) so if someone has any ideas please suggest them.
